Intellectual Property

Updated March 2026

Transformation Nomads has developed a body of original work that is central to everything we do. This includes our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and all training and program materials created in connection with our advisory and facilitation services. This policy explains what we consider our intellectual property, how we protect it, and what is and is not permitted when engaging with our work — whether you are a website visitor, a client, a partner organization, an employee, or a contractor.

I - What this policy covers

This policy applies to all intellectual property created, developed, or owned by Transformation Nomads. This includes our core frameworks and methodologies — the Real Human Goals (RHG), the Human Fulfillment Indicators (HFIs), and the Human Sustainability Monitor — as well as all training content, program curricula, facilitation guides, workshop materials, assessments, templates, slide decks, written guides, and any other materials developed in the context of delivering our services.

II - Ownership

All frameworks, methodologies, and materials developed by Transformation Nomads are the exclusive intellectual property of Transformation Nomads, regardless of the format in which they appear — whether written, visual, digital, or presented in person. This ownership is not affected by the fact that materials may have been delivered to, shared with, or co-developed in collaboration with a client, unless a separate written agreement explicitly and specifically states otherwise.

Contributors, contractors, and collaborators who create work as part of an engagement with Transformation Nomads do so on the understanding that such work belongs to Transformation Nomads unless a written agreement provides differently.

III - What is permitted

Website visitors and members of the public are welcome to read, share, and reference our publicly available content for personal, educational, or informational purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to Transformation Nomads and the content is not altered or used for commercial purposes.

Clients who have entered into a service agreement with us are permitted to use the materials and outputs we deliver to them for their own internal organizational purposes, within the scope defined by that agreement.

Employees and contractors may use our frameworks and materials as necessary to carry out their responsibilities at Transformation Nomads, within the boundaries of their role and any applicable confidentiality obligations.

IV - What is not permitted

No individual or organization may reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, sell, license, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our frameworks, methodologies, or training materials without our prior written consent. This applies whether the intended use is commercial or not.

Our core frameworks — including the Real Human Goals and Human Fulfillment Indicators — may not be presented, taught, or delivered by any third party as part of a program, workshop, course, or consultancy offering without a formal licensing or partnership agreement with Transformation Nomads.

Clients may not share our proprietary materials with third parties, including other companies, affiliates, or consultants, without our explicit written permission. Employees and contractors may not use, disclose, or repurpose our methodologies or materials for the benefit of any other organization or individual, during or after their engagement with us.

V - Attribution

When referencing our work in articles, research, presentations, or public communications, we ask that you clearly credit Transformation Nomads as the originator of the frameworks and concepts involved. A reference such as "Real Human Goals, developed by Transformation Nomads" is the kind of attribution we expect and appreciate.

VI - Licensing and partnership

We are open to collaborations, licensing arrangements, and certified partnerships that allow others to work with our frameworks in a responsible and values-aligned way. If you are interested in incorporating our methodologies into your own programs or services, we invite you to reach out to us through our website to explore what a formal arrangement might look like.

VII - Reporting misuse

If you become aware of any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misrepresentation of our intellectual property, we encourage you to inform us as soon as possible. We take the integrity of our work seriously and will act to address any infringement through appropriate means, including legal action where necessary.

VIII - Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to the ownership or use of our intellectual property will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.

IX - Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our work evolves or as legal requirements change. Updates will be reflected in the date at the top of this document. We encourage all parties who engage with our work to review this policy periodically.
