Transformation Nomads
Your life may be working.
But is it still working for you?
For people who sense that the answers that brought them here may no longer be enough for where they're going and who are ready to look at what they might not yet be seeing.

From the outside, everything may look fine. A career that works. Relationships that function. A life that makes sense on paper. And yet something has begun to shift.
Your work no longer gives you the energy it once did. Not because you can't do it, but because it no longer feels like yours.
You start questioning things you used to accept: expectations, routines, assumptions about what success is supposed to look like. And you're not sure whether the discomfort comes from within you, or from a world that has quietly changed around you.
A decision keeps returning. You think about it, talk around it, postpone it. Not because you don't know the answer, but because acting on it would change things you've spent years building.
You may have read, reflected, meditated, coached, even changed jobs. And still, the picture isn't clear.
Or perhaps nothing is wrong at all. Perhaps life is good, but you sense there is more. More freedom. More creativity. More meaning. A chapter you've postponed. Something you can't quite name yet, but feel pulling at you.
These feelings don't necessarily mean something is broken. They may mean that the information and assumptions that brought you here are no longer enough for where you're going.

The question behind the question
The question you bring is rarely
the question it's actually about.
Someone comes in frustrated with their job and discovers the real tension sits in a relationship. Someone thinks they need a career change and it turns out the career is fine but their values have shifted. Someone feels stuck and realises they've been solving someone else's problem for years.
That's not unusual. It's how most people live. There's so much noise around you: expectations, responsibilities, opinions, pressure, that you can no longer hear your own voice. Through the sounds of others, you can no longer hear what you yourself think. Through the expectations of others, you can no longer feel what you yourself want.
We don't give you more advice. We help you see more of what's actually happening. Within yourself, in the world around you, and in developments outside your field of vision.
Not more information. More of the reality.
An important starting point in our work: a human being is more than their role, possessions, status, or place within a system. The systems you live in: work, family, organisations, society, influence you, but they don't have to define who you are or what you're able to see.
Sometimes you don't need to become something new. Sometimes you need to rediscover what was always already there.

People who've been through the 3-Day Discovery describe the experience as "life-changing." Not because we claim that, but because they choose that word themselves.
Much time, energy and money is lost because people keep trying to solve a problem without first knowing whether it's the right problem. Often, the real question surfaces during the very first session. That can save months of searching.
We don't fight your existing reality. We expand the picture of it. What you then want to keep, change, or leave behind, that's your choice.
Real people. Real challenges. Better decisions.
People who chose to look closer
Case
Duration 3 weeks
Healthcare professional, 40s
Came to us after years of growing frustration with a profession that had fundamentally changed. Assumed the problem was burnout. The Discovery revealed something different: the profession itself had shifted, and the mismatch wasn't internal exhaustion but an external reality that no longer aligned with her original values. That clarity changed the question from "How do I survive this?" to "What do I actually want to build next?"
Case
Duration 4 weeks
Senior manager, 50s
Successful career, stable family, financial security. No crisis, just a persistent sense that something was missing. The first day accessed patterns and convictions he'd been carrying for decades without examining them. The result wasn't a dramatic life change. It was a quieter one: a fundamental shift in how he related to his own ambitions and what the next chapter should look like.
Case
Duration 2 weeks
Professional in transition, 30s
Facing a career decision that everyone around her had an opinion about. Parents, partner, colleagues all with different expectations. Day 2 helped her distinguish her own values from the expectations she'd absorbed. Combined with Day 3's analysis of how her industry was changing, she made a decision she could stand behind, not because it pleased everyone, but because it was hers.

The Power behind Tranformation Nomads
About Ronald
His background is in international communications: a field that taught him to recognise where the story being told and the reality underneath begin to diverge. That sensitivity applies as much to the stories we tell ourselves about our own lives as to the ones told in boardrooms.
Ronald guides every day personally. This discovery is too personal and too consequential to delegate. He has himself been through multiple transformations, sometimes through external pressure, sometimes from within. He knows what it's like to stand in the shoes of the people he guides. That experience means he asks the right questions, not the obvious ones.
"I've sat with people who had every reason to believe their lives were on track. And yet something kept pulling at them. That pull isn't a problem. It's the beginning of seeing more."

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions people ask before they begin
Do I need to be in crisis to come to you?
Not at all. Many people come when life is working, but something is shifting. You don't even need to know exactly what your question is yet. Curiosity is enough.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
Therapy focuses on processing the past. Coaching on developing skills or achieving goals. The 3-Day Discovery investigates three layers that therapy and coaching rarely combine: what you know deep down, what's actually happening in the world around you, and what's coming that you can't yet see.
What happens on Day 1, is it hypnosis?
It's a state of deep relaxation and simultaneous clarity. You remain aware throughout. Think of the moment before sleep when insights arrive that couldn't get through during the day. We create that state deliberately, guided, and with purpose. You experience it, you evaluate it, you decide what's relevant.
What if I discover there's nothing wrong with my life?
That would be a valuable discovery. Clarity is the goal, not change for the sake of change.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. Private location in Haarlem. No waiting room. No chance encounters. What you share stays in the room.
Your life. Your reality.
Your choice.
Three days. Three layers. One complete picture.
See first. Then you decide what's right for you.
