Transformation Nomads has officially opened its new office and Human Sustainability Intelligence™ Institute in Haarlem, the Netherlands on June 7th, 2026.
But the opening was about more than a new location.
It marked the introduction of Human Sustainability Intelligence™ (HSI), a new discipline developed to help individuals, leaders, business owners and capital providers see more of reality before making important decisions. Because in a world overflowing with information and noise, the problem is not always that we know too little.
Sometimes, we are simply not seeing enough.

More information does not automatically mean more insight
We have access to more data, opinions, reports, news, social media and artificial intelligence than any generation before us.
At the same time, the world in which we make decisions is changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence is transforming industries and jobs. Markets and business models are shifting. Social and technological developments increasingly influence decisions that once appeared relatively straightforward.
And while the amount of information available to us continues to grow, our view of reality can still remain incomplete.
Important signals disappear in the noise. Information is filtered. Our experiences and assumptions influence what we see. And developments outside our immediate field of view can change the circumstances in which today's decisions will have to work tomorrow.

Human Sustainability Intelligence™ brings together forms of information that are normally considered separately.
We look inward: at the human being behind the question. Guiding you to remember who you really are. What do you actually want? What do you already know or sense but have not yet been able to articulate? Is the question you are asking really the question that needs answering?

We humans are unique. We know more then we think. This is also why we opened the Human Sustainability Intelligence™ Institute.
Technology will become more powerful. Artificial intelligence will become more capable. Organizations will continue to transform.
But sustainable success cannot be built on technology, systems and financial performance alone.
There is always a human being making the decision.
A leader deciding whether to change course. An entrepreneur considering growth, investment or sale. An investor deciding where to allocate capital. Or simply a person wondering whether the life that has worked until now still fits the person they have become.
We believe that human being deserves a place at the centre of the analysis.
The conversations have already begun
What made our opening in Haarlem particularly meaningful was not simply cutting a ribbon or opening a new office. It was what happened afterwards. Throughout the afternoon, leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals and changemakers explored with us what it means to make decisions in a world shaped by accelerating technological and societal change.
Those conversations resulted in new partnerships, opportunities and strategic discussions. And beneath them was an even more important shared question: What are we not seeing?
That question sits at the heart of our work.
Our new Haarlem location has been designed as a discreet environment for most confidential strategic conversations, analysis and research and for looking at important questions from perspectives that rarely meet around the same table.
