Diagnostics
Know where you stand
Before you can transform, you need to know where you stand. Our diagnostic services map how your organization scores on human sustainability, where the risks lie, and where the opportunities are.
PMO+ (Integral Health Check)
The first Preventive Medical Assessment in the Netherlands that looks beyond blood pressure and cholesterol. The PMO+ combines medical examination by an occupational physician with a human-centered analysis of moral strain, psychological safety, and cultural tensions.
This is not a vitality check. This is prevention at the level where problems originate. Fully compliant with occupational health regulations, developed in collaboration with occupational physicians, and unique in the Netherlands.
Human Sustainability Scan
A diagnosis of where your organization stands on human sustainability. The scan maps the state of trust, dignity, psychological safety, and shared values within your teams and leadership.
The result is a clear picture of strengths and vulnerabilities, translated into concrete recommendations. The scan often serves as the starting point for further engagements.

How do I know which service fits our organization?
You don’t need to know in advance. We always start with a discovery call where we listen to your situation, challenges, and ambitions. Based on that, we advise which service or combination of services is the best fit. Sometimes a scan is enough to provide direction. Sometimes a deeper engagement is needed. We discover that together.
Can your services be combined with what we already do?
Absolutely. Our services are designed to complement, not replace. If you already work with an occupational health service, physician, or other partners, we align with them. The PMO+, for example, is conducted in collaboration with your own occupational physician or a physician from our network. We add what’s missing, without duplicating what already works.
