Our coaching is rooted in Domain 5 of the Human Sustainability Framework: Stewardship. This final domain is about acting in the world from responsibility for the whole.

Here, human sustainability becomes visible in the world. Not as achievement or power, but as being present in service of what is greater than yourself.

Every coaching program is customized. We begin with an extensive intake conversation to understand where you stand, what your ambitions are, and where the tension lies. From there, we design together a program that fits your situation.
The coaching consists of regular sessions, in person or online, supplemented with assignments and reflections in between. We align the frequency and duration with what you need. Everything discussed remains confidential.

How much time does a coaching program require?
We align the intensity with your situation and schedule. Most programs work with sessions of one and a half to two hours, every two to four weeks. Additionally, time is needed for reflection and assignments in between. Expect a program of at least six months for sustainable results.
Is this coaching also suitable for entrepreneurs?
Absolutely. Entrepreneurs often carry a unique burden: responsibility for the entire organization rests on their shoulders. Our coaching helps entrepreneurs bear that burden without losing themselves. To lead from vision and values, not from fear and control.
